Periya Lebbai Appa : (1091 A.H – 1150 A.H)

                Muhammad Abdul Qadir Alias Periya Lebbai Appa was born on 1091 A.H.  His father name was Shaikh Sulaiman.He was precious stone merchant. He did business at Madras, Andra, Kerala and Ceylon. He was rich and generous. He built many mosques, Arabic Colleges, Hospitals and Inns. Thoothukudi Jamiah Mosque and Elu (seven) Lebbai Mosque at Nagore were constructed by him. He was a great Philanthropist and established charitable organizations to help poor and needy. He had vast lands in and around Kayalpatnam and they were donated to poor. He built square shape wells in many villages for the welfare of public. He established Muthu Sawadis in Madurai and other districts. He was the owner of Kanchanaveli village and they provided lands to all irrespective of religion. Above all, he was a saint and a scholar. Periya Lebbai Appa died on 1150 A.H. .  His tomb is at Periya Palli Southern side graveyard. He was said to be a relative of Mahmood Tibi Waliyullah.
                      

 Shinna Lebbai Appa : (1094 – 1145 A.H)                       

Shaikh Abdul Qadir alias Shinna Lebbai Appa was born on 1094 A.H and he was the brother of Periya Lebbai Appa. His father name was Shaikh Sulaiman. He was also precious stone merchant. He assisted his brother and did business at Madras, Andhra, Kerala and Ceylon. He was also rich and generous. He cooperated with  his brother to build many mosques, Arabic Colleges and Hospitals and Inns. Thoothukudi Jamiah Mosque and Elu (seven) Lebbai Mosque at Nagore were constructed by him and his brother. He was also a great Philanthropist like his brother  and established charitable organizations to help poor  and needy.Above all, he was also a saint and scholar. He died on 1145 A.H. At the time of his death a saint from Arabia named Sayyid Muhammad Wali arrived at Kayalpatnam and conducted Janaza Prayer for him.His tomb is also at Periya Palli Southern Side graveyard.  

பெரிய லெப்பை அப்பா வலி:

முஹம்மது அப்துல் காதிர் என்ற பெரிய லெப்பை அப்பா அவர்கள் ஹிஜ்ரி 1091ல் ஷெய்கு சுலைமான் அவர்களின் மகனாக பிறந்தார்கள். இவர்கள் மாணிக்க கல் வியாபாரம் செய்து வந்தார்கள். சென்னை, ஆந்திரா, கேரளா மற்றும் இலங்கை ஆகிய பகுதிகளுக்கு சென்று வியாபாரம் செய்தார்கள். நிறைய பள்ளிவாசல்களையும் அரபி மத்ரஸாக்களையும், மருத்துவமனைகளையும், சத்திரங்களையும் கட்டியுள்ளார்கள். தூத்துக்குடி ஜாமிஆ பள்ளி, நாகூர் ஏழு லெப்பை பள்ளி போன்றவை இவர்கள் கட்டியது ஆகும். ஏழைகளுக்கும், தேவைப்படுவோருக்கும் வாரி வழங்கும் தாராள மனம் படைத்தவர்களாக இருந்தார்கள். நிறைய நிலங்களை ஏழைகளுக்கு தானதர்மமாக வழங்கியுள்ளார்கள். சதுரவடிவ கிணறுகளை காயல்பட்டணத்திலும் மற்றும் ஊர்களிலும் தோண்டி அதை மக்களுக்கு நன்கொடையாக அளித்தார்கள். மதுரை மற்றும் ஏனைய ஊர்களில் முத்துச்சாவடிகளை அமைத்தார்கள். இவர்கள் ஹிஜ்ரி 1150 ல் மறைந்து நெய்னார் தெருவில் அமைந்துள்ள குத்பா பெரிய பள்ளியின் தெற்கு பகுதி மையவாடியில் உள்ள தர்ஹாவில் அடக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்கள்.

சின்ன லெப்பை அப்பா வலி:

ஷெய்கு அப்துல் காதிர் என்ற சின்ன லெப்பை அப்பா அவர்கள் பிறந்தது ஹிஜ்ரி 1094. இவர்கள் தங்கள் சகோதரர் பெரிய லெப்பை அப்பா அவர்களுடன் சேர்ந்து மாணிக்கம் வியாபாரம் செய்தார்கள். அவர்களுடன் சேர்ந்து அவர்களின் தாராள மனதிற்கு உறுதுணையாக இருந்தார்கள்.இவர்கள் ஹிஜ்ரி 1145 ல் மறைந்தார்கள். இவர்களின் மறைவிற்கு அரேபியாவிலிருந்து வருகை தந்திருந்த இறைநேசச் செல்வர் செய்யிது முஹம்மது வலி அவர்கள் இவர்களின் ஜனாஸா தொழுகையை தொழ வைத்தார்கள். தங்களின் சகோதரர் அருகிலேயே நெய்னார் தெருவில் அமைந்துள்ள குத்பா பெரிய பள்ளியின் தெற்கு பகுதி மையவாடியில் உள்ள தர்ஹாவில் அடக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்கள்.
