Khosmarai Saints: (Approximately 1120 – 1200 A.D)       

                        There are seven tombs at a chamber in Khosmarai Darha. According to  a reliable source of information , the seven saints had lived between 1120 – 1200 A.D. The ancient Kadalkarai mosque was about 20 feet on southside from this Darha. It is said that this ancient mosque was either ruined accidentally or  destroyed by Portuguese .The inscription on the tombs were faded out and it was told that the seven saints had lived during the lifetime of Saint Calipha Saint Falilullah who came from Madina with  saint Sayyid Ibrahim on 582 A.H. According to another source of information, the names of the seven saints are Sayyid ali, Sayyid Mansore, Shafee Hassan, Ameen , Abdur Rauf and sirajuddin. In olden days people affected by witchcraft , evil jins and incurable diseases had visited Khosmarai Darha and got cured by the grace of Allah. Even today, people visit this famous Darha for Ziyarath and to get relief from unknown diseases and sorcery.
